With Fallout 4 releasing on PC today there are a few tweaks that can be applied to enhance the game, including changing the FOV from the default 80.
To change the FOV do the following:
Open the Fallot4.ini file
Look for the [Display] section
fDefaultWorldFOV=XX (change XX to the desired FOV)...
